a source file or database; rate them and apply them to the accounts.
Call Detail reports can be generated in Crystal Reports or Excel.

Customer Web Portal
new customers can sign up for service, choose their package,
select their DID, adapter, shipping method and then check out. Existing customers can log in to view their balance,
review call records, check out historical statements and make
payments.
With our
Admin Web Portal your employees can access
the billing system from anywhere. They can add new customers, manage
existing accounts, record payments, new charges, change customer
billing setup and view reports.
You can also generate and issue prepaid scratch cards.
