Version 3.20 |
This release includes our new
Shipping Module which will create a shipping order for any items
purchased online or via the application that are flagged as
'Shipping Required'. The shipping module uses the standard Pick,
Pack, Ship methodology. Packing slips can also be printed.
This release also includes our Origin-based
Taxation module which allows you to assign flat-rate and/or
percent-based taxes and assign them to regions. The system can
then automatically flip the applied taxes based on the region of
the customer. |

Version 2.97 |
This release contains our
auto-disconnect features. You can either disconnect outbound
calling only or disconnect the account entirely.
For example, you might disconnect outbound
calling after 10 days overdue then completely disconnect the
account after 30 days. Payment will then reconnect service.
When outbound service is disconnected, the
customer hears a recording stating they have been disconnected
and are given instructions to contact your Customer Service
department. The recording is customizable.
This release also contains our integration with
Voxbone for DID provisioning. |
