Data Import/Export
Data import and export has two primary
functions. The first is to bring in data from your legacy system and
the second is to synchronize with external systems on a regular
basis.Our built-in
import functions include customers, addresses, contact information,
customer notes, recurring charges, one-time charges, payments, deposits, assets and
equipment.
We also import call records, web
logs, media service logs, consumption readings and meter readings in
multiple formats for regular billing.
Our built-in export functions
include customers, addresses, distributions and meters in multiple
formats.
Custom import and export functions
are added as necessary. We can easily integrate with your other
systems.
