well into our core product will be built free of charge and made
available as a product update. |

Do-It-Yourself |
If you have Development staff
available, doing the customizations in-house can be a very
practical solution. In some cases this may still require some
involvement from us in order to explain what existing
functionality can be re-used in your project, where to find
information in the core tables, where to inject your
custom code into the core, etc. Consultation services are
available at our standard Development rate of $85.00 per
hour.

If a clear definition of the
required functionality is available, we will review the
documentation and offer an implementation plan with a fixed
price. Normally, 50% of the project price is required up-front
and is non-refundable. |
